The TROPICAL PARK residential complex is located on the southwest coast of Tenerife, specifically in the area known as Costa Adeje, approximately 25 km from Reina Sofía Airport.

From the complex, you can enjoy splendid views of La Gomera and the silhouettes of La Palma and El Hierro. If you look inland, you can see Mount Teide in all its majesty, rising from its 3,718 m altitude. The apartments are 150 m from the sea, and the sea can be seen from their terraces, all facing the rising sun.

The complex has 164 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, a restaurant, a nightclub, a supermarket, a 24-hour reception, two swimming pools, a tennis court, two squash courts, two saunas, a jacuzzi, a gym, a physiotherapy service, and entertainment for children and adults.

All apartments have a full kitchen, a full bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, satellite TV and piped music, a fan, and a host of amenities.

This apartment has one bedroom and can accommodate up to four people. Both the complex and the apartment have been completely renovated. You can exchange a week for another at the same complex any month of the year, provided you request it in advance and there is availability, at no extra charge. Schedule: Friday at 2:00 PM until the following Friday at 10:00 AM.
